OZTek Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

ORDERING METHOD

OZTek websites offer on-line pre-order. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted. Goods can be bought at OZTek or OZDive Show on Oct 1-2, 2022

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

All product ordered on this website will be ready to pick up from reception at Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne

Prices on the website do not include shipping.

CURRENCY USED

On the Australian website shop.oztek.com.au & oztek.com.au the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

All prices displayed on the Australia website will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian Website will be subject to Australian GST.

The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

If Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.


ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify OZTeK, as soon as possible.

We will either replace (if available) or provide a full refund if an item is shown to be faulty.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please take care when buying your item and check sizes at the time of pick up.

If possible, we will try and replace if an item does not fit or you have chosen the wrong size - however please be aware these are limited items and the size you require may not be available.

Orders placed online are eligible for exchange at OZTek/OZDive Show on 1-2 October 2022 or online within 14 days of payment given the tax invoice can be produced, original tags are attached and items are in unworn condition.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation.

PRICING

OZTek/OZDive Show reserves the right to change prices without notice.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST).

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, OZTek/OZDive Show reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.

OZTek/OZDive Show will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.  This means the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
